Cathy Grimes Miller was an outstanding basketball player at T.C. Williams High School, who was named an All-District, All-Region, All-Metropolitan and All-American player. She was an Academic All-American while attending the University of Virginia (UVA). She was the first female player to have her jersey retired by UVA.
